- buy Cy-visors (800x600, mono), but absolutely not comparable in quality w/
Sony glasses!
- contact Canon (see above)
- ...wait for better times

No - other than the canon prototype AR glasses with the built-in cameras (very trick..)
The Cy-visor isnt see-thru, as I recollect.
The io-displays are going to be stereo, but not see-thru.
