Hi.
I have no experience with see-through glasses, but for your full
screen question:
Before you create your OpenGL window, use the command
glutFullScreen();
This tells the GLUT library to use full screen mode, disabling
window frames and title bar.
Note: If you do this in KDE (Linux/Unix), then the kpanel might
not vanish from the screen. This seems to have been fixed in
KDE 2.2.
