Camera setup problems

Hello everybody,

I am a new user and I am trying to set-up ARToolkit with some hardware equipment but I face a number of problems. I am using Windows 2000 operation system and ARToolkit 2.52 that uses VisSDK 1.2. I have downloaded and installed correctly VisSDK 1.2 but when I am trying to run the camera.exe program it does not recognize my camera. 

I am using a bullet camera which is connected to a WinTV Hauppage PVR PCI card and these two work fine together. When I try to use them in conjunction with the ARToolkit the capture device is not recognized. Does anybody know what might be the problem?
