Video overlay hardware matches the field of view of the camera
automatically (or manually depending on the hardware), what is needed is to
match the output of your application to the camera field of view. Now,
Wayne's method is probably needed if you feed the overlaid output back to a
HMD where you want probably to match the camera field of view and the
graphical overlay to the field of view of the camera. Is that right Wayne?

I was wondering about and probably the ARToolkit people can comment on
this, is the video draw using texture or actual video overlay directly?
