You have to install the DirectX SDK, because the DirectX runtime doesn't
contain the ".lib" and include files. Go to the MSDN webside
(http://msdn.microsoft.com) and search for "DirectX SDK" and you will
find it. After you have installed it you must add the path containing
the DirectX include file to the include path of the Visual Studio.
