usb2 cameras suitable for HMD mounting?

HI all,

I am looking for a USB-2 camera to use with a HMD.

Does anyone have a favorite camera?

I am also looking seriously at the new Toshiba Tablet PC, the Portege M200.
It looks suitable for 'magic window' style AR with a pen interface - could
be fun. It has a Nvidia 32 Mb Geforce Go FX and a 1.5Ghz mobile Pentium 4,
weighs about 2kg.

Has anyone tried this, or the new HP/Compaq one?
