ARToolkit on Symbian

Hi all,

I have made a first port of ARToolkit to the Symbian platform. It was  
presented at MUM 2004 and showed unofficially at ISMAR. I have implemented  
both single and multi marker examples using Series 60 on a Nokia 6600.

The port was made by creating a single C++ object to avoid writable static  
data prohibited by Symbian.

Since there is no applicable fixed-point library available for Symbian,  
doubles are still used. Due to this the current framerate is about 1 fps  
using a single marker.
