Hi Steven,
I found a temporary calib_camera2 fix that worked for me. If you comment
out the USE_TEXMAP #define statement in the beginning of the program,
the code uses glDrawPixels to display the bitmaps instead of the more
problematic texture creation and display. I've been able to create
camera calibration files that worked well with this.
