Hi
Sorry to disturb you guys again but this Symbian project is making my hair
turn gray.
I got a lot of positive feedback on my posting about our problems with
ARToolkit on Symbian. As an attempt to find the error in our code we fed
ARToolkit with an image of the marker we would like it to recognize on a
white background. And on the simulator it works fine - the marker is
recognized and the image is shown on the screen. When we run it on the
actual phone (nokia 6680) the application crashes. Our first thought was
that maybe the arLib for Symbian did not work on this particular model. But
Anders Henrysson was kind enough to provide us with a test application (only
the binaries) which worked without problems.
We have checked that the pattern file is loaded correctly on the phone and
when we don't call arDetectMarkerLite the image we load is shown just fine.
Any ideas how to solve our problem?
Best Regards
Sune
