ARToolKit-2.71.2 released to fix MSVS 6 .dsw file problem.

Hi folks,

Some people have identified issues with the MSVS 6 workspace file in  
ARToolKit-2.71.1. I have identified this as a problem with the line  
endings.. somewhere along the way they were changed from DOS to Unix  
line endings. I have fixed this and packaged a release, 2.71.2.

This change only affects users of ARToolKit on Windows using the  
Microsoft Visual Studio 6. If you are one of these users, please  
download ARToolKit-2.71.2. Otherwise, 2.71.1 is fine.
