OT: don't start a new topic by replying to an old one

Hi all,

this is totaly OT, but the following is going on.
Mozilla Thunderbird users (like myself) have the possiblity to watch 
their e-mails in thread view. Which is especially usefull for message 
lists like the one of ARToolkit (and a few others I am subscribed to). 
However, when someone starts a new topic by hitting reply and just 
cleaning out all the fields, then Thunderbird still sees this as a 
message belonging to the original "thread". Therefore I would like to 
kindly ask if you guys/girls can please start new topics by writing a 
new, clean, message. I don't know if I'm the only one on this list that 
would like that, but it is a simple thing to do.
