I'm looking for complete ARToolKit build guide with VRML feature.

There is no gold rule for build ARToolKit with VRML enable for latest
ARToolKit version.
In VC++ .NET 2003, I used ARTK ver 2.72.1.

When I enable a VRML feature,

...\ar\artoolkit\lib\src\arvrml\arViewer.h(27) : fatal error C1083: Cannot
open include file: 'boost/algorithm/string/predicate.hpp': No such file or
directory

How can I load a VRML model with ARTK 2.72.1?
