Hi Marcos,
the core libraries in ARToolKit can be compiled with gcc (which is the
compiler behind Dev C++). *However* compiling libARvideo will not work
as there is no known working version of the Windows SDK headers for gcc
available which are needed for DSVL. If you use this branch
http://artoolkit.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/artoolkit/branches/hartmut-pre-2_8/artoolkit/
with a recent version of CMake (2.6.3 was the latest I think) you can
compile the core libraries libAR, libARmulti. There is an in-tree copy
of DSVL with reduced header dependencies so maybe somebody can take a
look. With CMake you should be able to create project files for Eclipse
CDT, Code::Blocks or good ol' Visual Studio 6 (which can be imported
into Dev C++)
Cheers,
Hartmut
