Together, the collaboration of all team members was used to complete this project. Everyone participated in the organization of how the experiment would be performed. Our team arranged several face-to-face meetings to refine the details of the experiments and to assist in hands-on tasks. Due to the schedules and locations of team members, most collaboration was coordinated via e-mail. Corde provided progress reports for campus meetings where members were unable to attend.

In order to support the design of the experiment, an extensive review of the literature was conducted by Jim and Glen on the usage of HMDs, panel displays, tracking tasks, and input control devices. While Jim focused mainly on the terminology and the issues involved in each of the mentioned components, Glen researched previous studies relating to each of the components that had some bearing to our particular experiment.

Corde managed all of the practical work of the experiment that was done on-campus in the SSL (Space Systems Laboratory). This included making any mechanical and software alterations to the existing equipment, creating an instructional video for the subjects, administering the accommodation and experimental tests, and reviewing the surveys. The subjects were recruited by both Corde and Marko. An accompanying survey, which was developed by all team members, was given to each subject. In addition, Jim constructed some of the testing components, such as the dowel tracking device and curved backboard. Jim also analyzed the acquired data, and summarized them with Corde in the charts and graphs.

By separating the mentioned work to individual team members, we were able to logically write more meaningfully about our aspect of the work. Jim wrote the abstract. Jim and Glen prepared the Introduction (which contains the Literature Review) and organized the Bibliography. Jim and Corde wrote the Experiment section. Corde wrote the Results section. Corde and Glen wrote the Conclusions and Suggested Future Studies section.

Marko and Glen edited and polished off the drafts, and then Marko created the mosaic document. This includes the structure and links to various location and the integration of graphics. The ascii files of the report were also maintained by Marko. All edits, suggestions, and changes were directed to Marko, who performed the necessary changes to both mosaic and ascii documents.
