Abstract:

The Journal of Virtual Environments is a collection of nine articles that report on original research done by the members of the CMSC 828S class in the area of virtual reality and telepresence. Each article is a collaborative effort whose contents and structure evolved through discussions that took place mainly over electronic mail, supplemented by some face-to-face discussion in class.
