Well, Virtual Reality is getting to be a mainstream idea now...

On the new syndicated _WKRP in Cincinatti_, Mama Carlson (the mean
old woman who owns WKRP) was seen trying out a VR helmet and glove
setup in her living room (one of her companies makes them ;-).

The gag?  The helmet was so heavy, she couldn't sit up while
wearing it...

Sheesh- when VR hits the sitcoms, you know it's getting popular...

What's next- nanotechnology on _Doogie Howser_?
