I have to stop this sloppy attribution here and now. This started with
Howard not bothering to call and ask about proper attribution for Habitat to
use in his book, and now it is speading.

Habitat was developed by Lucasfilm Games for Quantum Computer Services & later
Licensed to Fujitsu. Primary attribution should go to Chip Morningstar who was
                                                      ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
the Designer, Project Leader, and Lead Programmer. I was Lead Frontend
Programmer, Co-Designer, and original World Operator. There were many other
people who made major contributions to the original product.

It just so happens that, of these people, I am the most extroverted about
Habitat.

BTW, Fujitsu Habitat should ship on the PC9801 (most popular PC in Japan) any
day now. It won't be 'experimental' much longer.
