|Methods||A meaningful and random scene were compared, both at 48 FOV. There were two exposures to each condition for each measure. A +90 vection-inertial phase angle was used on all nulling measure trials.|
|Results||The test-retest correlation for both measures was about .80. The nulling measure found the predicted effect (p < .05). There was a trend for reported presence in the predicted direction (p < .10).|
|Conclusions||For the meaningful/random conditions, the nulling measure is self-consistent and agrees with prediction and a trend in the reported presence data.|
