_____________________________ - AVR RELEASE - ___________________________

AVR CORPORATION WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM VR COMPANIES, MANUFACTURERS AND
DEVELOPERS INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING COMPANY PROJECTS:

1. ARCHITECTURAL WALKTHROUGHS FOR REALTY DEVELOPMENT CANADA/HONG KONG

BRIEF: AVR has been approached by a prominent Canadian-based Realty
company who markets Condo Developments in Canada for Hong Kong based
buyers. The Company has been asked to facilitate the development of
low-cost walkthroughs and a Realty VR System (immersive &/or non-immersive)
as an advanced marketing tool to sell their condominiums.

PROJECT REQUIRES:
Immediate development of a several walkthroughs of condominium
layouts for the first Development in a series of a multi-contract Realty
Development deal.
The integration of VR and computer components for the Realty VR
System (RVR). The completed RVR System will be used on site in Hong Kong
by potential condominium buyers to experience a representation of the condo
they are interested in purchasing.

This is a Test, the success of which will lead to an initial
contract for all participating companies of 4-6 more Developments to be
completed over the next 18 months.

FURTHER POTENTIAL: The development of a cost-effective integrated
commercial Realty VR System and Service to be marketed to the broader
international Realty Development sector.

AVR IS INTERESTED IN A COLLABORATIVE ALLIANCE WITH:

VR Software System Developer company whose Toolkits will be the
basis of the VR Application platform for the RVR System and used for the
development of the walthroughs for the the 18 month contract. Factors are
friendly user interface in world development and in the interactive
walkthrough, texture. shading and smoothing capabilities, libraries,
import/export compatibilty with CAD/AutoCad file formats.

Computer Manufacturer whose product will be the computer platform
for the integrated RVR Systems.

Manufacturers of HMD's, Tracking, Sound/Graphics Boards whose
products will be integrated into the RVR Systems.

VR Software Engineering Company to collaborate on the design and
create the condominium walkthroughs. Factors: Previous experience with Real
Estate walkthrough design and familiarity with the architectural process.
                          -------------------

2. INTEGRATION OF IMMERSIVE VR IN EYE MOVEMENT PERIMETRY MEASUREMENT SYS.

BRIEF: AVR is involved in the integration of immersive VR technology with
a new computer based Eye Movement Perimetry System (EMP), under development
by a Canadain University and a Toronto Hospital. First stage is proof of
concept in a VR EMP System.
The functional adaptability of an HMD with the eye tracking unit is
a key factor. The need may be to design or redesign a VR HMD around the eye
tracker. The object being ease of use and portabiity so that in the case of
an in-patient, the patient can be tested in his/her hospital bed with a
minimum of strees and discomfort and similarily for those being tested at
Lab sites.
Most hospitals in the world have 10-20 EMP type systems which cost
$30,000 and up (plus maintenance) per unit and have changed little since
their invention. They are cumbersome units, difficult to use and stressful
to the patient being tested. This new computer based EMP System works off a
standard PC, is compact, more accurate, involves state of the art eye
tracking, is much less stressful to use and will cost half as much as the
current units. This is a revolutionary development in the field and has
obvious commercial potential.
The Company wants to hear from HMD, Optics and related
manufacturers who are interested in a collaborative alliance with AVR in
this project.
Further commercial potential here involves the possibility of
transfer of the Immersive HMD/Eye Tracking Unit into other market sectors
such as LBE VR Game systems and Test-Marketing.
                       ----------------

3. PROPOSED CENTRE FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IN BUSINESS APPLICATION &
MANAGEMENT (CATBAM)

BRIEF: It is AVR's position that there is the need to develop an
initiative to realize the potential of the Virtual Reality medium in
Business Application and Management and that this is a necessary step in
moving forward in the re-creation of Business for the 21st Century.
CATBAM is such an initiative being proposed by the Company. A
centre for the development of VR application for Business and a VR based
Business Educational facility. This proposal is being developed in
association with several interested parties including York University
Faculty of Administrative Studies, internationally recognized as being on
the leading edge of Business Management education.
This initiative seeks the collaborative participation from all
sectors of the global VR industry.
                           -----------------

initial trial wiould involve six retail outlets in South Africa with
potentail eventual distribution to 500 retail outlets in S. Africa.
The need here is to form collaborative alliances with VR component
Maunufacturers and Software Developers who are interested in the potential
and opprtunity of the S. African market.
                           -------------------
