                             NEWS RELEASE

The Company is pleased to announce the first sale of a 10 user system of The
Parallel Universe. The purchaser, Virtual Games Inc.("VGI"), is currently
developing a 3 dimensional, real-time, multi-player videogame intended for home
and arcade use on the PC platform. The game, named STIMSLUM, has been
professionally designed and will use the full features of The Parallel Universe.
This design encourages team play and interaction with full voice communications
amongst the players. VGI plans to install the system as an enhanced Location-
Based Entertainment ("LBE") platform. The LBE will combine the specialized
Parallel Universe network technology with Virtual Games videogame application.
VGI has indicated that it intends to install the LBE in Calgary during the first
half of 1995.

The terms of the sale include the right-of-first-refusal for installations in
Edmonton and Banff, Alberta as well as additional installations in Calgary. The
system will be the first of its kind with the ability to offer simultaneous
access from both the LBE and home-based computers using the STIMSLUM videogame.

The Company believes this development will help showcase the patent-pending
technology of The Parallel Universe and looks forward to establishing numerous
installations during the 1995 year and beyond.
