 ************************ BACKGROUND ************************

 The 1995 IMAGE SIG (Special Interest Group) Symposia is
 sponsored by the IMAGE Society, Inc., a non-profit
 association of professionals dedicated to the furtherance
 of visual simulation & related technologies, and their
 applications. This Event is a joint meeting of the
 Society's eight Special Interest Groups, and will also
 include twelve professional development courses and a
 Reception with vendor displays. The Society's eight SIGs
 with their respective Program Chairs are listed in the
 following section.
