No it is not.  Nobody has made a submission in months.  People can probably

subscribe to it because the software (and the host) are still active, but I
haven't
had the time to keep these people talking.

I wish I could say yes, but the answer, sadly is no.  The Amiga isn't exactly a
mainstream product, even though it's perfect for projects requiring NTSC
output,
it's outgunned by clones that are far cheaper.
