Call it 'Sound wave tracing'?

Unless, in our virtual worlds, sound is going to propagate via rays. 
Anything will be possible, right? You can actually talk to someone
without anyone else overhearing your conversation. Unless someone is 
wearing virtual glasses, in which case you have to be careful to not 
accidently point your sound ray to those glasses. They might deflect 
all over the place.
