Dear Virtual Ones,

Hello. I'm a graduate student at Texas A&M University doing
research in Virtual Reality. I'm very interested in this subject but
our department has no Virtual Reality systems and I'm finding it
difficult to focus my studies. As a part of my Masters project I'm
trying to put together a VR system. Unfortunately, I've never been
in a real-virtual environment and have no idea of how it feels.

I'm going to be visiting California in the middle of this month and
will be there for some time. I was wondering if anyone knows of a
VR system that's open to the public in the L.A. or the Bay area. Also,
do companies like VPL and Sense8 encourage visits from interested
folks? If so, whom do I need to contact in order to arrange such a
visit?

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Apurva Shah
