Session I.  LEARNING

        Topics:  Learning, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms,
                   Case-Based Reasoning, Learning by Example

Session III.  HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE

The symposium committee is very interested in successful research
results and applications in any of these areas.  Oral presentations,
poster presentations, and product demonstrations are solicited.
Symposium chair: Prof. John Sutton, Electrical and Computer
Engineering Department, NCSU, Raleigh, NC.

To give a talk or a poster presentation, please let one of the session
chairs know by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 1991.  Please send
your name and full address as you wish them to appear, your e-mail
address, phone number, and a preliminary title for your presentation,
all by the December 9 deadline.  Indicate whether you prefer an oral
or poster presentation.  An abstract would also be helpful.
Registration fees will be waived for individuals giving an oral or
poster presentation.
