Most of Mondo 2000 is rehashed, worn out info, often reprinted from other
journals.  They're the 3rd generation of a magazine called "High Frontiers",
which was actually rather good.  They seem to be in cahoots with Dirk Pearson
and Sandy Shaw (who wrote the excellent _Life Extension_) and carry both
ads and articles about Pearson and Shaw's company that sells chemicals
for the brain and body.  The editors and some of the staff need their
heads cleaned out.  (Their future is mostly white males playing with
computers...)

Their subscription dept needs to be burned alive.  Buy copies at the store
only (a friend's advice).  That way you can see that it's typically not
worth your money.
