I haven't been reading this group for a while, and a friend of mine just
asked me some things about the Power Glove.. so, I thought I'd post here
and ask some questions.

Someone mentioned to me something that decrypts the data, and puts it out
on a rs-232 format.. called something like the "gold brick" or "gold box"..
I need more info on it (like it's actual name, and who makes it, and how
to get ahold of them).

My friend has been asking me about a Byte June '90 article that supposedly
has a schematic for hooking the Power glove up to a PC.. and he's heard
talk about people getting them to work with PCs, Amigas, SGIs and Suns..
and that the data isn't really encrypted, just not documented (and based
upon what I'd been hearing on here in the past, I didn't believe that last
part).. any info on any of this?

Please try to Email me about it, because I don't tend to read this group
too often.. also, try to just directly answer what I've stated, I don't
really want to start a long winded discussion..if you want to do that,
ask me, and I'll send you my friends email addy, and you can talk with him.

Best to email me at: kzin@cc.gatech.edu
