Doesn't the video game called "Afterburner" count?  It came out a few
years ago.  The player climbs in a cockpit and views a screen without
using goggles or a visor.  As the flight controls are maneuvered,
however, the cockpit moves.  It swings and tips to simulate the G
forces.  Somewhat like the StarTours simulator at Disneyland.
