I have gotton a copy of a paper entitled "Cyberspace and Proprioceptive
Coherence" that I believe was presented to the Cyberthon II  conference
in Santa Cruz this year.  The author is Don Byrd.  Does anyone have any
information on how I can reach Byrd, any background on the presentation,
or any information about anyone else who may be working around these
ideas?
