Readers of sci.virtual-worlds may be interested to know that I started
a new group yesterday, after proper discussion opportunity in alt.config,
called alt.education.distance, as a place for discussing distance education
and, hopefully, providing it.

A major aspect of my research into distance education is to produce a
virtual world style user interface, hence my reason for advertising the
new group here.
