They exist, but what it boils down to is, what do you want to use 3D
graphics on a PC *for*?  If it's anything even close to real-time
animation, using modern-day PC's are a dead end; rather, scrape
together a few more $$$, and go get yourself an SGI IRIS.  (Second-hand
ones can be quite functional and considerably less expensive, too.)

attempting to do serious graphical work on a PC is virtually futile.

happier) years working with Silicon Graphics machines....)
