As a partial response, here is a summary of the current issue, #7,
Jan/Feb 1992, the first anniversary issue. It is 16 pages, 8.5x11
with approximately 3.5 pages of ads.
Articles are:
1) VR Product of the year to the Virtuality system from W Industries
2) a report on the Nov CyberArts International show in Pasadena
3) a report on visits to the Neurology Res Ctr at Loma Linda Univ and
the research program of the Disabled Students Services Prog at
   Cal State U Northridge
4) Mort Heilig's wish list (from interview)
5) a rating of VR-related conferences.

Columns are:
6) the publisher's reflections on the journal's first year, and
7) Industry Outlook, reporting new products and publications
8) Coming Up, announcements of some 30 conferences, and
a directory:
9) VR Online, where guess what is the first resource listed? ... yes,
another hit on sci.v-w -- there is no limit on recursion! (also
listed: WELL, CompuServe, BIX and Diaspar).

Here at Carnegie Mellon University Libraries we have decided to try
it for a year. I would be glad to hear the opinions of others who
have been reading it for a while.
