Subject: MISC: How advanced is VR today?

We are a group students at Uppsala University that is going to write a
minor essey on VR. Since there is almost no research in Sweden about VR,
I am sending out this request for help in finding good references.

I am very interested in military appliations myself, since being an 
officer in the Swedish Army, but I am very glad to accept any information
avout how advanced VR is today. Also, if anyone can remember any good
articels in Scientific American, Omni, Nature or any other magazine.
(Not the article in Playboy, April 1992 !)

We have a deadline on May 5. I hope that someone out there has got good
information to us.
