The only system that I know of that is specifically designed for the 
handicapped was put together by Thomas E. Hutchinson, University of 
Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia 22901, phone: (804) 924-3050.

He has put it out to a company in northern virginia to manufacture and market.
I am not sure of its success.  Tom may be trying to upgrade it, I am not sure.
I have not talked to him recently.
