VR World has been taken over by Virtual Reality Special Report , I
happend to have recieved my last issue as Virtual Reality Special
Report Sept-Oct where they talk about Miller Freeman , publishers of
VRSP, purchasing VR World from Mecklermedia. I was rather upset by
the purchase because I had subscribed to VR World and would pick up
VRSP rather frequently. Besides limiting my VR reading VRSP is twice
the amount that VRWorld was.

But hey, I guess that mean more companies will need to get web pages
out there. I've been finding quite a significant amount of
information on the Web. Marc and I are working together on
VResources, so I hope we can fill alot of the gap from the diminishing
publications. First PCVR and now VRWorld.

By the way does anyone know if PIX-Elation is still being published.
I've 1 copy of the magazine that I happened across at a magazine
store, but have heard nothing more about it, I believe it came from
the guys at Rutgers. Any info?

Also I should start looking at getting involved and joining VR groups
and associations. I know of some, but I would love to hear about what
is out there, as far as associations go. Are there any in
Pennsylvania??, I doubt it PA is not a very high tech state.
