Since you asked:

Ascent is a game from Gravity that VIO sponsored and is the sole
distributor.

Nearly 1 year ago, VIO looked at the game market for games suitable for
hmd's, and foudn they were with very rare exception, violent, doom or
fligh sims.  So VIO decided it would be nice to have at least 1
non-violent game subsequently sponsored one.  Now there are several
others, including Flight Unlimited from Looking Glass Technologies.

Ascent is a maze game, which takes place in a cavern.  You move from
stone to stone by jumping, and the only way you can select a stone is
by looking at (ie you have to use the headtracker).  These stones can
be infront of you or behind you, above or below.  The first levels are
easy.  The subsequent levels are little more challenging as these
stones appear and disapear, Tiki Gods come out and try to bump you
into the cavern, and the paths become more difficult.
