Well you could get field sequential stereo (ie where every other field in 
the video stream is the right eye and the others are the left eye) by 
spliting the signal. But your going to have a hell of a time geting line 
sequential to work (ie every other scan line is the right eye etc). For 
information about a good feild spliter and other stereo stuff take a look
