Virtual Reality: Performance Evaluation

Applications re invited for this research studentship at Sheffield
Hallam University, UK.

The project aims to explore how VR systems can be improved through
better algorithms which exploit not only technology but an
understanding of human psychology and perception.

Bursaries of Strlng 5,000 per annum are initially available for two
years but with a possible extension to three years.  It is a condition
of the funding body that these studentships are available to European
Union nationals only.  Students will be required to register for the
award of MPhil or PhD.

The person would join the Computing Research Centre and be part of a 
grouping of research students.
