It seems that subliminal messages might already exist in
nature.  For every perception there are subtle thought
waves created.  This is isn't necessarily political brainwashing.

If researchers are actually sending messages encrypted of a 
political nature then it should be stopped.  I am not aware
of anything like that going on.
