	   CALL FOR URLs: 3D AND VR DEVICE SUPPORT SOFTWARE


For some time I've been compiling URLs pointing to Net resources
related to VR software, 3D software and other related topics, and now
I'd like to start a collection of pointers to software and other
snippets useful to the VR and 3D communities in interfacing 3D input
and output devices.

Suitable material includes, but is not limited to:


         * Device drivers      * Diagnostic/test programs

         * Calibration tools   * Libraries

         * Device simulators   * Filtering and pre-/post-processing
           and emulators         software 

         * Circuit schematics  * Interfacing information
           and pin-outs

  
If you know of the location of anything suitable please send the
URL and (optionally, but would be helpful) a short description 
to cph@dmu.ac.uk.

If you have a contribution which is not yet available via WWW, FTP
or Gopher then mail me to arrange uploading to my archive.
