Although I've not played with it, the sets of VirtualIO iglasses!
we've purchased came with a CD that included descent.  The ReadME file
I'm glancing at seems to hint at both 3D capabilities and head
tracking.  (The VIO system tracks roll, pitch, and yaw internally.)
They've evidently either modified the executable, or emulate joystick
movements with a TSR.
