        Hi,
           Maybe some of you are interested in knowing this.
           It is believed that as much as 3 times less of polygons
           can be achieved using some of this optimizers.
           (2000+ polygon reduced to 500+ polygon and rendering
            takes lesser time as a result)

           Here are the commercial version of polygon optimizer
           available for 3D STUDIO.

           I have yet to know any of the shareware version.
