Hello all,

I am currently supervizing a research project here at Kingston
University on the computer aided analysis of music and its
visualization as dance sequences. The project aims to create a
'virtual dancer' i.e. an autonomous virtual representation of a 'real'
dancer, which, given a piece of music will provide an intelligent
dance interpretation through a rule-base.

I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who is working in a
similar area. We are having all sorts of horrendous difficulties
finding references to this type of research, and would very much like
to collaborate with others in this field.

So, if you do work in this area, or know of anyone who does, or just have
an interest in the work we're doing, then please get in touch

Thanks in advance.
