Sources include Seiko-Epson, Hitachi and Sony for LCD devices. These tend
to be a bit expensive in onsie/twosies and require drive electronics. They
have some very nice ones which are 307K (VGA/3), SVGA monochrome (800 x
600) and new *true* VGA devices.

A better way might be to take apart the eyepiece from a camcorder.
