I would include it with a cross reference to lag and latency.  This
would help those folks coming from the more evolved fields of flight
and vehicle simulators to understand the local dialect.

VR fanatics in the past seem to have ignored the prior art and
engineering of the simulator business, when in fact much of the
technology we use is based on that art and engineering.
