Would you like to join a London based vr group? (I live in London so
I'm suggesting this as an intial venue, however I am aware that this
is very limiting and would hope that the group sets up links with
other groups in this country and around the globe).

Meet face to face to discuss applications of the rapidly emerging vr
tools (vrml language, vrml browsers, moving worlds, java, Virtus
Walkthrough Pro, *2vrml converters etc).

Demonstrate your models/worlds and discuss design issues such as:

* how to enhance the vr world through analysis of key features of reality

* how can techniques from architecture help to create coherent and
sensuous cyberspace

* how can computer languages mesh with the 3d design process to give
more realistic environments?

Deliver/take part in seminars on key topics?

If you are a designer, architect, programmer, educationalist,
psychologist, vr visionary...or someone interested in this rapidly
developing area for whatever reason please contact me. If you have any
particular interests/areas of expertise it would be useful to get an
idea of these. From this initial contact I can guage the size of venue
we will need and then propose a schedule of meetings.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Simon

(I am working with a group of architects looking at applications of
the above technologies in the design of coherent and sensuous worlds
which meet particular information flow requirements.)
