I am also interested in finding out if anyone has or knows of someone
who could make a 3DStudio VR-display IPAS which would allow users with
VR display helmets (like VFX1) to use the helmet while working within
3DS or Truspace2 etc...

I have been using VRML to give virtual walk-thrus of architechtural 
models but it would be GREAT to have a true VR interface to work with.
