I think you're probably referring to the SWOOPVR package I wrote a
couple of years back. The VR graphics toolkit part is Turbo Pascal
based, and you can get a copy of the software with documentation in my
book "The Virtual Reality Hoembrewer's Handbook", due out in a month
or two.  Alternatively, the package 3D-Ware from Virtek
(http://www.virtek.com/virtek/) was callable from a number of
languages: C, Modular 2, and Pascal.
