What you are looking at is VRML - the Virtual Reality Modelling
Language. The .wrl file extension is associated with this. Draft 3 of
version 2.0 of the spec will be posted today and should be found under

If you want more information on modelling tools, sites to visit etc go
to the VRML Repository
