As moderator, I've come to the conclusion that our subject tags aren't
descriptive enough for the discussions.

For instance, I'm adding a new subject tag called:

HUMAN-FACTORS: 

For the discussion of human factors studies and issues.

I'd also like to add--

HOME-BREW:  For PC, PowerGlove, Cheap VR questions and discussion.

The TECH: tag could be broken down into more bite-size, relevant tags as well.

The new tags will be posted in the FAQ next month.
